Pricing & Payment

Order & Delivery

• Shipping costs will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Custom formulations and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Consultancy Services

• Consultancy recommendations are based on the information provided by the client.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for crop losses due to external factors.
• Consultancy fees are quoted separately and must be agreed upon before service delivery.
